Returns Policy at Work Boot Superstore:

We guarantee all our boots to be Brand NEW and Free From Defects and will replace any boots thought to be a problem. Any orders can be returned minus a $10 Restocking Fee and and Shipping Charges back to our wharehouse. Shipping Must be paid for by customers at expense. We will Ship out One Exchanged Order for a Different Size Free so long as customer returns First pair Ordered. 

Any Multiple Exchanges will be Charged a $10.00 fee over the First One. You can email us at info@workbootsuperstore.com or call us at 1-800-951-5590 to set-up any exchange or to get a Return Authorization # for returns.

We hope to give you the best shopping experience and will help you in fitting and getting the right shoe size but we cannot ship multiple pairs of shoes back and forth all day.
